HOBBS

Privacy Policy

HOBBS, an individual sole proprietor, operates a personal Craigslist listing-alert SMS service for friends and family who opt in.

Information we collect and use

HOBBS collects your mobile phone number, opt-in and opt-out records and timestamps, and the alert preferences you ask for, such as items, area, and price range. This information is used only to send the requested alerts and honor opt-outs.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service provider and retention

Data is shared only with the SMS provider, Twilio, as needed to deliver messages. Your information is retained until you opt out, then deleted within 30 days except for minimal opt-out records.

You can reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, at any time. Contact HOBBS at mmm-inkbox@inkboxmail.com.
